The Build Timeline
The Bare Hull Arrives
A Van De Stadt, Stadtline 38S bare aluminium hull rolls up the street (barely) on a low-loader. No engines. No fit-out. No interior. Just raw potential — 2 tons of it — and a vision for what she could become.

Lots of Work to Do
Raw aluminium everywhere! No flooring, no cabinetry, no wiring. Everything you experience on board today started as bare metal. The scale of the project becomes very real, very fast.
The bare interior — nothing but aluminium and possibility — and the definite possibility of replacing that timber door with an aluminium one!
Plans in Place. Parts Ordered.
Build team gets to work on the structural fit-out — walls, floors, thermo-lite, electrical and plumbing rough-in. Oh, and more aluminium.

Twin Volvo Pentas Go In
The most dramatic day of the build. A Volvo Penta D4 is suspended from a crane, weighing 700kgs, about to drop into its new home. Two of these give Revelation her effortless handling, fuel efficiency, and precision joystick docking.

She Hits the Water for the First Time
Revelation is registered and takes her first dip. The hull is structurally complete and she floats! She even drives! But there's still a long road ahead. Exterior wrap, decking, interiors, electronics. The outside world gets its first glimpse.
Afloat, registered, and running. But we're still a long way off having a finished charter vessel.
It All Starts Coming Together
Bathroom looks more like a head than green room. Kitchen slowly turning into a galley. Some of the luxury additions that makes Revelation unique begin to emerge. Every panel, every angle — designed and fitted by hand.
Every finish you see today was chosen, sourced, and fitted by hand.
Seating Needed. Measuring Up for Cushions
Templates made, dimensions spec'd. Every seating surface measured and fitted in bespoke white cap upholstery that now defines the boat. Hard structures starts to become soft luxury seating.

Floors Go Down. Top-Teak is Laid by Hand
Top-Teak laid by hand for all external decking. Alongside white-washed timber look flooring inside. The transformation from bare grey aluminium to a warm timber aesthetic underfoot was one of the most dramatic moments of the whole build.
From workshop bench to open water — every plank of external decking laid and fitted by hand.
The Black Hull Emerges
The signature satin black exterior is wrapped up — and Revelation looks unmistakably herself. Moored at dusk, the hardtop silhouette sharp against a twilight sky. The outside is finally done.

Interior: The Final Push
Carbon fibre dash installed. Czone controls the whole boat. Sparco helm seat bolted down. Tables are fitted. The boat is 95% complete — a few survey requirements before she's ready for guests!
The final mile — every detail dialled in before her first guests step aboard.
Revelation Opens Her Doors
More than three and a half years after the hull rolled off a truck, Revelation is open for charters and self-drive hire at Sydney Wharf Marina, Darling Harbour. Everything you experience on board today is the direct result of every decision made during those long few years of building. The finished article — Ready for guests to enjoy!
